Thunderbird is a free, open source cross platform email client of Mozilla Foundation. It stores mailbox files in MBOX file format. However, with ongoing time the mail server become absolute. Many Thunderbird account holders has decided to transfer account files to Outlook account. Nevertheless, it is not possible to directly open MBOX files in Outlook interface.
